To Ease Your Mind

When your mind feels soupy. Or your train of thought is suddenly interrupted and everything goes awry in there. When your mind explodes from over-thinking. Like I do. (So I apologise profusely for this over-thinking-craziness of mine.) :) Here comes someone to help you get it together. 

And then you can smile and sleep because you must be very tired.
